Coordinating with Public Health Partners to Respond to Possible Water Contamination: U.S EPA Webinar on September 16, 2014

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, September 16th 2:00-3:00 pm EDT targeted at water sector professionals that focuses on the coordination that occurs between water utilities and their public health partners during investigation of and response to possible water contamination. The webinar will:

  • Provide an overview of potential sources of water contamination
  • Cover the relationship of contaminant types and potential utility and public health data signals
  • Describe methods for improving communication and coordination with public health partners. 

This webinar is not pre-approved for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits, however, documentation will be provided for attendees to pursue CEUs through their state accrediting board.
