In July 2013, the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) released a report that notes recent increases in costly extreme weather events have provided a clear signal to many companies of the near-term risks associated with climate change. The report explores effective methods used by leading companies to build greater resilience into their operations, supply chains, preparedness policies, and risk management plans.
