Domestic Preparedness has posted an article summarizing a report prepared for the Counter Terrorism Preparedness Network that explores threat assessment and management programs from 50 cities in 11 countries across the globe. 8. Establishing mechanisms to enhance information sharing through removing barriers between organizations
9. Lowering the barriers to reporting for regular citizens
