Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month Begins Tomorrow

November is Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month, a time intended to shine a light on the vital role that these systems and places play in keeping the nation and communities safe, secure, and prosperous. In its message to the private sector as Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience Month is set to begin, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security highlights instant access to clean drinking water as one “the nation’s most essential services and functions.” To promote the resilience of the systems providing this and other essential services and functions, DHS is encouraging organizations take part in preparedness activities, to include through encouraging smart, secure investments in infrastructure. It encourages its partners to visit www.CISA.gov for a toolkit with ideas for getting engaged, as well as downloadable graphics for websites and other communications.
