FEMA has released revised Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) doctrine. The 2020 update incorporates feedback and input from exercise planners and practitioners across the country and ensures that the doctrine, the training course, and corresponding documents continue to best meet the needs of the whole of community. HSEEP is flexible, scalable, adaptable, and is for use by stakeholders across the whole of community, including at all levels of government and in the private sector, to help plan, execute, and evaluate exercises (e.g., workshops, tabletop exercises, drills, and full-scale exercises). Along with the new 2020 HSEEP doctrine, FEMA has also published an Information Sheet and Frequently Asked Question sheet. Access the revised doctrine and other resources at FEMA.
